• Account & game data: email address, display name, password (stored encrypted), avatar/outfit choices, diamonds, collections and in-game progress.
• Order data: when you buy a product, your name, email, shipping address and order details. Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service — for example Stripe (payments), Google (advertising & analytics), our email provider, and hosting — and when required by law.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Cutie Mew is for people aged 13 and over. The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Everyone who creates an account is asked for their date of birth before the account exists. If the date given is under 13, the account is not created and nothing about that visitor is kept. We store the date itself only to show that the check was made.

Parents and guardians: if you believe a child under 13 has created an account here, email us at support@cutiemew.com with the e-mail address or player name. We will delete the account and everything attached to it — profile, posts, comments and all other personal information — and confirm to you once it is done. You may also ask us to review what information we hold, or to stop collecting any further information, before deciding on deletion.

If we learn at any time that an account holder is under 13, we delete the account without waiting to be asked.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@cutiemew.com.

9. Data retention & security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and not indefinitely. In practice:

• Account information (e-mail, player name, date of birth, game progress, profile, posts and comments) — kept while the account is open. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, and it is removed along with this information.
• Order records (what was bought, when, and for how much) — kept for up to 7 years after the purchase, because tax and accounting law requires it. These records are kept without a link to your account once the account is deleted.
• Sign-in and verification tokens — valid for 1 to 24 hours depending on their purpose, after which they stop working. Requesting a new one replaces any earlier one, and they are removed when your account is deleted.
• Page-view counts — stored without names or e-mail addresses.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Advertising & analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and Google ad services to show advertising in the game. Because our audience includes teenagers, we have switched off advertising personalization and cross-device advertising identifiers, and we request only non-personalized ads. We do not sell or share your personal information for behavioural advertising.

11. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data-protection laws may differ. We take steps to ensure your information remains protected.
